According to the reports, some 442 Indian fishermen who have completed their prison sentences have been released in four batches by Pakistan. The prisoners were released on the direction by the Pakistan Supreme Court to the federal government to ascertain the reasons behind keeping the Indian fishermen in jails even after the completion of their sentences, according to news sources. Състав на варненския апелативен съд остави в ареста Янко Попов – Туци и Васил Костов – Васко Кеца (на снимката). Съдът не уважи искането на защитата на Туци за налагане на по-лека мярка заради влошеното му здравословно състояние. Апелативният съд във Варна гледа днес дело за обжалване на мярката за неотклонение, наложена на 27 август 2010 г. на задържаните при операция "Килърите - 2" Янко Попов - Туци, Васил Костов - Кеца и Райчо Стойнев. Тримата са арестувани на 24 август 2010 г. във връзка с убийството на 3 юли 2009 г. на шуменския бизнесмен Румен Рачев. Срещу Васил Костов и Янко Попов са повдигнати обвинения за организиране на убийството на бизнесмена, а Райчо Стойнев е обвинен за помагачество на двамата организатори и за притежаване на боеприпаси и взривни вещества.
